Clergy
The Archbishop and Primate of the United Anglican Church is the Most Reverend Dr. Robert Parlotz. He resides in Bellevue, WA.
The Vicar or Rector at Emmanuel is The Venerable Nolan W. Garrett. He is also the Archdeacon for the United Anglican Church. He resides in Waco, TX with his wife Susan and their two dogs. They have six children and five grandchildren.
Fr. Garrett studied at Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, and completed his Master of Divinity degree at Laud Hall Seminary in 2000. He is a brother in the Franciscan Oblates of the Holy Spirit.
